How Medflux Medical Billing handles information collected through this website and how we think about healthcare privacy in operations.
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Who we are
Medflux Medical Billing (“Medflux,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at medfluxmb.com. We provide medical billing and revenue cycle services to outpatient practices in the United States.
Information we collect on this website
When you submit the contact or audit request form, we collect the business information you provide: name, practice name, specialty, monthly collections range, phone, email, and optional message. We also log technical data such as IP address and submission time for security and spam prevention.
Do not submit patient health information (PHI) through public website forms. Website forms are for practice-level business inquiries only.
How we use website inquiry data
- To respond to your request and discuss services
- To maintain a record of leads (including a secure server-side backup log)
- To protect the form against automated abuse
We do not sell website inquiry data.
HIPAA and client operations
When a practice becomes a client, protected health information is handled under HIPAA-compliant workflows and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Operational systems, access controls, and retention for PHI are governed by that engagement — not by this marketing website’s contact form.
We describe our approach as HIPAA-compliant workflows and BAAs with clients. This page does not claim third-party certifications that have not been independently verified for publication.
Cookies and analytics
This site is designed to run without heavy tracking scripts. If analytics or marketing pixels are added later, this policy should be updated to describe them. Session cookies may be used for form error handling and basic site operation.
Email and communications
If you contact us, we may retain correspondence as needed to provide support and maintain business records. You may ask us to update or delete marketing-related contact details by emailing [email protected].
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a marketing site and to client operations under a BAA. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk and respond to issues promptly.
Children
This website is directed at adult practice owners and administrators, not children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
